February 29, 2016

Tonight I’m off work, I’m full of cold and it’s miserable!

Don’t you just hate it when one minute you are fine, the next you have been struck by a horrendous cold? And while it’s only a cold it stops you in your tracks and your get up and go has gone and your energy level is 0!

That’s how I feel right now.

This winter seems long and drawn out and I was starting to feel more and more eager for spring to arrive, I have loads of plans for the garden I haven’t got round to achieving yet and that excites me.

But for tonight I’m checking out cold remedies and have come across this one.  It is so easy and cost effective to make you can’t go wrong, plus it keep for months in the fridge.  I feel better already.
