So in keeping with the bank holiday our quote of the week feature comes today instead of Monday.
I’m surprised like fellow mummy bloggers at the recent undertones and frustrations we have with our children. My blog isn’t a rose tinted take on parenting. It is however a positive one, because quite frankly I like my children. I like being with them. In fact I love them. (I know it sounds strange but the amount of time i’ve had to almost justify why I want to spend time with my children is something I did not expect when I became mummy).
Don’t get me wrong there have been many a days where I’ve been totally and utterly pushed to the limit by the two of them but you have to stop and take five and think. Who actually is the child here. (Easier said than done I know when you are sooo sleep deprived). Things have been far easier second time around, so don’t despair if you are just embarking on your mummy journey. It does get easier (not easy!). So in keeping with my inspiring quote theme, here’s this weeks…
